No Historic Levels are Kept for this Merge Field This field does not keep any history level. This means that when the system reviews the values this field has, it looks at a snapshot of the subscription’s current* status. If this field is updated (during the current billing cycle or the new one), the system has no way of knowing their past value. In case of a canceled or inactive subscription, the status of the last cycle will be displayed. *As current, we mean the last renewed cycle (or the initial created cycle if there were no renewals). |
Creating Reports for Subscriptions with Upcoming Payment
In order to create a report for subscriptions with an Upcoming Payment, you must choose at the 1st step of the report’s creation the Subscriptions data type.
Then, at the 2nd step of the report’s creation, you can choose the checkbox Has Upcoming Payment located under the General Column fields.
At the 3rd step of the report’s creation, you can specify the expected status for the field Has Upcoming Payment as illustrated below by setting the Operator as “is equal to“ and the value as “Yes“ or “No”.
Creating Custom Notifications for Subscriptions with an Upcoming Payment
The above-mentioned field, is also available as a merge field when you wish to create a custom notification for subscriptions not having an upcoming payment. Therefore, to notify and inform a specific BSS user from your operations team, of such data, please navigate to BSS Setup >Administration > Notifications > Customer Notification Details > Subscriptions, then click on the "New Notification" button, and apply the condition as indicated in the following example.
