Once the offer is drafted, the BSS user can select it from the Offers List, and navigate to the Print-out section on the left sidebar to choose Offer Template to review how the offer looks, before sharing it with their customer.
To view the template for a specific offer, select the offer and click Offer Template in the Print-out section on the left sidebar.
A new pop-up window will appear with the appropriate template filled out.
Then, you can choose one of the actions on the toolbar on the left.
The following actions are available:
Save as: Choose Local File to download a PDF with the Offer template to your computer, or File in BSS to save your file within the system.
View as: Choose to view the offer as an online PDF file or in HTML format.
If you choose PDF, you will also get the option to download
or print 
the file from the menu on the top right corner. Send via email: Send the offer directly to your customer via email.
Please note, you must have an active email account configured to use this action.
Refresh print-out: Click to refresh the print-out contents, to review any recent updates or changes.
