Enabling the Annual Billing Option

For enabling the annual billing option for your Microsoft products, you need to do the following:

Enable the Annual Billing Cycle

You must first enable the annual billing cycle in your BSS:

1. Navigate to BSS > Setup > Billing > Products > Unit Groups
2. Open the Recurring Charge unit group
   
3. Select the Annually unit and enable the options "Is Active" and "Enable for Ordering"
   
   

Enable the Provisioning of Annual Subscriptions Option

This option is in the setting page of the Microsoft Cloud Services:

1. Navigate to BSS > Setup > Administration > System Options > Applications Setup > Microsoft Cloud Services Settings
2. Enable the option Provisioning of Annual Subscriptions
