Please note that the import process is asynchronous and as a result, you can leave it as is and continue with your other tasks. It doesn't need any monitoring by you since it is built with various mechanisms that enforce the overall completion of the import process even if there might be some errors in the process.

The flow of import statuses that you will witness after the import initiation (for the chosen tenants/end customers) begins with the status Pending then changes to In Progress and lastly to Synced (either successfully [green] or with errors [orange]). The below diagram is a representation of that flow:

During each import, for each end customer, the following steps are followed with the corresponding sequence:

At the time of Account Creation (1) the account of the end customer that is being created is assigned (hierarchically under the corresponding reseller's account.

In case an account is not created in our BSS platform during an import, then the following steps (2, 3, 4) get aborted and you are able to re-run the import.

The error message that you will face, inside the logs of the import, will display a comment for the entities Account and Contact such as this: "Step failed. For technical details see the application logs" and the status will be "Failed". For the entities Subscription and Addon, if existing, the comment will be: "Step skipped" and there won't be a corresponding status. In case the entities Account and Contact get created, then the process is not aborted and the "subscription creation" as well as the "addon relation to subscription" steps continue normally.
