To automate the ConnectWise connector, certain fields from ConnectWise have to be mapped to BSS Server Variables and Synchronization lookups. The values of these fields can be found in the Server Variables or Synchronization Lookups sections. You may use Postman to obtain these values ( https://www.postman.com/downloads/ ).

Server Variables

Below is a list of API calls for each value. The Server Variables can be viewed at Setup → Administration → System Options → Application Setup → ConnectWise → Settings. Please ensure that you use your own sandbox URL in place of the example:
