Billing automation & Subscriptions Health Check

Billing is the most crucial and most difficult part of automating your CSP business. Prorated calculations, numerous subscriptions billing cycles, payment options, mid-term changes, upgrades,  price protection rules, cancellation refunds, suspensions, and all other subscription management actions, dynamically change the billing data and your automation platform should systemically support all the above scenarios. Transition your Legacy subscriptions to NCE in an automatic way, with the Migration Tool, which is available for you and your resellers or customers. Select a Reseller or Customer, check their subscriptions eligibility to transition to the NCE, select the subscriptions you want to migrate, apply your transition options, and start the migration! As simple as that!

 

Perpetual Licenses in the NCE

Microsoft Perpetual Licenses are available for Government, Education, and Non-Profit Customers. Microsoft CSPs using interworks.cloud platform can automatically update their product catalog with Microsoft perpetual licenses of Government, Education, and Non-Profit qualification for all currencies and all market countries they sell to. 

 

Seat-based O365 License Management through your Marketplace

Microsoft O365 seat based licenses can be managed by your resellers or customers directly through your Marketplace. Your customers are now able to create O365 users, assign licenses to those users, remove licenses from users and much more. Allow your customers to perform user management actions through your Marketplace and remove the hassle of performing support actions in multiple platforms.

 

Customers & Subscriptions Import Tool

Either you are a new interworks.cloud commerce platform user or an existing one, we know that as a CSP you may conduct some actions in the Microsoft Partner Center, such as creation of new tenants or new subscriptions. With our embedded import tool you can import new customers and new subscriptions to your interworks.cloud platform environment, keep data aligned with your Microsoft Partner Center and enjoy all the automation goodies offered by our platform!

 

Autorenewal Option in your Marketplace

Your Resellers or End Customers will be able to autonomously define whenever a subscription will be renewed or not. Your customers can now enable or disable the auto-renewal simply by clicking on the respective toggle switch.

 

Software Subscriptions new structure in the NCE

We have introduced the New “Microsoft Software Subscriptions”, with you and your customers are able to order Software Subscriptions in the form of subscription-based products instead of asset-based products.

The New Software Subscriptions will be aligned with Microsoft’s "seat-based subscription" logic and also  the auto-renew functionality will be provided by default. This means that all Software subscriptions can be automatically renewed at their end date without manual handling.  The auto-renewal option can be edited through by you or by your resellers/customers in the Marketplace environment.

Benefits for you and your Customers:

  • Software subscription products are created automatically via the integration

  • Pricelist updates are automated, like all seat-based offerings, via the integration.

  • All currencies are supported.

  • A currency converter tool is available to you to support local currencies that are not supported by Microsoft.

Schedule Changes in NCE Subscriptions

With this feature, you as a CSP or your Resellers/ Customers will be able to schedule a change in seats for an active subscription, meaning adding or reducing licenses upon renewal! Allow your Resellers or  Customers to enable an NCE Trial through your Marketplace

Now, you can include Microsoft NCE Trials in your offerings and provide your customers the self-service capability to activate an NCE Trial for themselves or their customers, right through your Marketplace. 

NCE Trials activated through our platform are non auto-renewable and after expiration, a new paid  subscription can be purchased at current promotional (if applicable) price with the option of seats, term and payment plan.

End-Date Alignment is the feature that enables the NCE Coterminosity option and is designed to enable CSP partners to align a new purchased seat-based subscription with an existing subscription end date.
