Our Virtual Agent provides 24/7 support to all interworks.cloud customers, delivering a faster, more efficient, and automated experience.

Powered by AI, it searches our Knowledge Base to instantly answer your questions. You can use it as a smart search tool to easily filter and navigate our Knowledge Base or resolve common issues related to the functionality of our platform.

If the Virtual Agent doesn't resolve your issue, you can always open a ticket to our Support team for further assistance.

Remember: The Virtual Agent is a search tool—not a troubleshooting expert.

The Virtual Agent can answer any general questions and provide information on how the platform works, based on the available Knowledge Base pages.

For any specific issues that require detailed troubleshooting or further investigation, please open a Support ticket.

Using the Virtual Agent


To use the Virtual Agent, follow the steps below:

  1. Log into our Support Portal at http://support.interworks.cloud.

  2. Once you are logged in, click Chat with virtual service agent.

  3. Type your question in English and click Enter or the Send icon ➤.

  4. Our virtual agent will instantly start searching our Knowledge Base and provide you with a quick, clear answer, along with links to the related pages for more details.


Always double-check the content on the related pages to verify the answer provided by the Virtual Agent is accurate. While it is a powerful and helpful tool, occasional inaccuracies may occur.

 

  1. If you're satisfied with the answer and the issue is resolved, click Yes to confirm. Then, please rate your experience to help us continue improving our service.

Please note, since the tool is currently in BETA mode, your feedback is invaluable in shaping its final version.

  1. If your issue is still unresolved and requires further help, click No.

    Then, click on Raise a request here to open a ticket for our Support team to follow up.
