Create a Trial Subscription
You may create a trial subscription in the BSS, either from the Subscriptions section, or for a specific product or account from the respective section.
Create a Trial Subscription
In the BSS, go to Billing→Subscriptions and select Create Trial.
Fill in the subscription information and select Save to create the subscription. Selecting Save & New allows you to create a new one immediately afterwards.
Alternatively, from the Quick Create drop-down menu, under Billing you may select New Trial Subscription, which takes you to the New Trial Subscription section.
A trial subscription cannot be created if the customer has already had a trial for the selected product, or if they have an active subscription (paid or trial) for the selected product.

Create a Subscription from the Products or Accounts Section
To create a subscription for a specific product, in the BSS, go to Billing→Products, select a product and then, from the Shortcuts menu, select Add Trial Subscription.
Alternatively, a subscription can be created directly for a specific account in the Accounts section. Go to Office→Accounts, select an account, and then, from the Shortcuts menu, select Add Trial Subscription.
Either of the two options will take you to the subscriptions section, with the product or account information already filled in, depending on which section you came from.
