  • mx.spamexperts.com (priority 10)

  • fallbackmx.spamexperts.eu (priority 20)

  • lastmx.spamexperts.net (priority 30)

Autodiscover Record

In addition to changing your MX Records, customer will also need to create one of the following DNS records (required due to the AutoDiscover feature in Outlook 2010-2013-2016):

  •   A record for autodiscover.customerdomain.prefix (thus: autodiscover.mydomain.gr) pointing to 188.164.200.89

            Or

  •   CNAME record for autodiscover.customerdomain.prefix (thus: autodiscover.mydomain.gr) pointing to autodiscoverredirect.interworkscloud.net

SPF Record

Finally, customer will need to create a new TXT entry (or modify an existing one) in order to configure SPF, as follows:

customerdomain.prefix(thus: mydomain.gr)                       TXT         v=spf1 mx a include:spf.interworks.cloud -all
