The set of available Microsoft products called New Commerce Experience, offers to qualified partners the opportunity to sell a greater breadth of Microsoft products through CSP. Microsoft’s move, to introduce these products, provides a new level of flexibility for clients who have specific workloads that they can’t move over to the cloud. 

The New Commerce Experience belongs to the "subscription" software category while their billing model is based on the monthly subscription model.
