Adobe Required "Contact Information" Since Adobe creates a contact in their systems, it requires certain contact information during the synchronization. These are the First Name, the Last Name, the Email, the Phone, the Billing Address, and the Prefered Language. Adobe considers each email address to be its own contact. If the same email address is used for a different contact, then the new account will be tied to the existing contact with the existing first/last name. If the email address is new, then a new contact will be saved with the new name. Adobe requires a contact name to be provided from our BSS integration during their contact creation in their systems. If the name of the "Primary Contact" is not available, then the "BSS Account" name is provided to Adobe in order to become Adobe's Contact name. |
When a new account is created in Cloud BSS, it can be synced with Adobe by setting his Synchronization Options.
Make sure that you have defined a valid email in the Account's corporate email field for the customer to receive the activation instructions from Adobe. |
The provisioning actions are executed from our platform for the reseller. This means that the reseller will be created as a new tenant in Adobe's systems.

The end-customer will be created as a new tenant in Adobes systems underneath the reseller's tenant.
