Q: Will the reseller have the ability to Create O365 users?
A: Yes. Since this is one of the most important processes we need to cover, resellers will have the ability to create users and also fulfill various actions along the creation process as can be seen in the wireframe below.

Q: How will the resellers be able to view license statistics for a customer's subscriptions?
A: Through workspace, after selecting a customer, the reseller will have the ability to view all cloud services that belong to this customer as well as view license statistics such as how many licenses are Valid, Expired and already Assigned.

Q: Will the reseller have the ability to assign and deassign licenses?
A: Yes. The reseller will easily be able to assign and deassign licenses to a user with an easy switch, per product subscription.

Q: Will the reseller have the ability to Delete and massively Delete users
A: Yes! In the first version, resellers will not have the ability to massively delete users though. This feature will be developed later on in the upcoming phases.

A: Yes! Blocking a user from signing in their O365 accounts with their standard credentials.

Q: Will the reseller have the ability to Reset a user's password?
A: This will probably be one of the most common actions for resellers, regarding User Management. Resellers will have the ability to reset the user password as well as decide if the user needs to set his password upon the next login!

From a list of Users he clicks on the user he wants to reset password and fulfills the process of resetting password
