Once the offer is drafted, the BSS user can select it from the Offers List and review how it looks, before sharing it with their customer.
To view the final template for a specific offer, select the offer and click Offer Template in the Print-out section on the left sidebar.

Save as:Choose Local File to download a PDF with the Offer template to your computer, or File in BSS to save your file within the system.
View as: Choose to view the offer as an online PDF file or in HTML format.
If you choose PDF, you will also get the option to download
or print 
the file from the menu on the top right corner. Send via email: Send the offer directly to your customer via email.
