2	Administration	configure notification engine mailbox	This is the mailbox that is leveraged through the notification engine of the system to dispatch email notifications to both external (customers) and internal actors. The mailbox can be configured at: BSS Setup > Administration > System Options > Organization Settings > Email Preferences
