The NCE Migration Tool is available both to logged-in BSS users and only Storefront users with the assigned role “Subscription Manager“ or above (admin, etc.) while depending on their user type (distributor, reseller, direct customer) the tool displays different eligibility options, that are analyzed further below. Moreover, the NCE Migration Tool is now fully aligned with the Auto-Migration feature of our platform, meaning that if the respective migration webhook is enabled on your organization, the NCE Migration Tool will pass through its migration flow to the Auto-Migration feature to handle it automatically. Otherwise, if the migration webhook is not registered or not enabled or not properly set up on your organization, then the migration flow will be handled by the NCE Migration Tool.

Currently, the NCE Migration Tool does not support the import of ‘Public Sector NCE’ subscriptions in the platform.
An explanatory message appears informing that Public Sector NCE subscription cannot be imported: 'Product with offer Id: [offer ID] cannot be imported because the import of Public Sector NCE subscriptions is not supported, yet.’
In the upcoming releases, the import of Public Sector NCE subscriptions in the platform will become available.

You can choose one of the following documentation pages, based on the migration setup of your organization, depending on whether the migration webhook is enabled or not, meaning that the NCE Migration Tool is either coaligned or not coaligned with the Auto-Migration feature, respectively.
