In this release, you can import Triennial NCE subscriptions, with or without billing plans, that were created in the Microsoft Partner Center into the interworks.cloud platform via the Import Customers Tool. The duration, billing plan, price protection duration, and promotional discount (wherever applicable) are applied after the import and are displayed inside the platform.

With the introduction of this release, Storefront users can also reschedule an order by updating the Execution Date of an existing scheduled order. the rescheduling action of these scheduled orders can be found in Storefront under the Orders List as well as under the Order Details View page. However, this functionality is available only for Scheduled orders with the status “scheduled”.

However, more features are also introduced in this release regarding the scheduled orders. More specifically:

• A new systemic email notification called “Scheduled Order Execution Failed” is available and informs the predefined Primary Contact of whether their Scheduled Order has failed during its execution.

• End customers of Tenant Resellers can now Schedule an Order.

• Storefront and BSS users can Cancel a Scheduled Order.

• Storefront and BSS users can view the Status and the Execution Date of a Scheduled Order.

• You can find under each report and notification for Orders a new merge field {#Orders.OrderScheduleEffectiveDate#} called Order Schedule Effective Date which has as its value the effective date for the execution of a scheduled order.

We would like to inform you that the Health Check Mechanism tool is back, online and available to all our hosted environments (Azure EU & US).
Also, the overall performance of the Health Check Mechanism has been substantially improved. Previously, it may have taken around 45 minutes for 10,000 checks. Now, it takes around 1 minute to perform ~7,500 checks!

The reconciliation of Azure Plan subscription has seen some improvements with the latest patch;

• To ensure accurate results, you can now select the Azure Plan product type only if the specified reconciliation period is set to one or more full calendar month(s).

• The algorithm has been updated to factor in any possible lines of credit which may be produced on the side of Microsoft

When a reseller makes a purchase on behalf of a customer either via BSS or Storefront, an informative message appears under the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA), in which the reseller attests on behalf of their customer, is shown in the following BSS example:

The message appears in the MCA popup window in the BSS, while the same message appears in the Storefront in a blue info box.

Since Microsoft has made certain impromptu changes to its Azure Plan Calculation mechanism, our part of the code was mishandling certain conversion rates. However, after we have been informed of this change, the issue has been resolved and now the mechanism provides correctly and automatically from Microsoft the conversion rate of the prices between two currencies. Moreover, with these changes, we expect no differences in the discounts and price list calculations.

Storefront users can now change the Email address associated with their account from the My Profile section in Storefront. This change requires an easy-to-follow verification process, which is available by clicking on the Learn More button, located below.

From this release and onwards, subscription add-ons will gradually begin to follow the Status of the Subscription. This means that, for example, :

1. If a subscription becomes inactive, so will its add-on(s).

2. If a subscription becomes suspended, so will its add-on(s).

3. If a subscription becomes pending for cancellation, so will its add-on(s).

⚠️ Please note that these automatic changes to the statuses of add-ons will be provided to you gradually starting with this release and throughout the upcoming releases.

For this release, the Subscriptions that have their auto-renew button to the off position, meaning that they will not be automatically renewed after their billing end date, they become inactive, and as a result their add-ons (be that prepaid and pay per use) will also automatically change their status to inactive. Once this automatic change occurs for the add-ons, the same changes are reflected on the external system (be that the Microsoft Partner Center or the Adobe Portal). This functionality and rules apply to Country Tenants and Simple Tenants (via backordering) aswell.

ℹ️ Likewise, the rules of the inactive subscription status apply to the respective add-on(s) having the same status.

💡 Once the subscription becomes reactivated, so will its add-ons.

The Usage Data import tool, that is utilized for importing in the BSS platform billing resources overages from PPU Subscriptions, has undergone a feature update which allows the BSS users, during the mapping process, to dictate the BSS Account for which the import will take place. Therefore, the field called Account Identifier facilitates exactly that freedom of choice by utilizing a drop-down menu containing all the available BSS Account identifiers (such as the Account CodeorAccount Description) and any predefined Account Custom Field, so that the BSS user can select the

What you can do with interworks.cloud commerce platform:

✔️When you enable these services for an existing partner tenant (MSP) of yours through the Acronis Portal, the consumption and billing data are fetched automatically into our platform and you do not need to configure anything else! The billing for May consumption that will run in early June will be done with the updated pricelist that we import from Acronis.

✔️ When a new partner tenant (MSP) is created through our platform, these services are enabled automatically by our integration and no further configuration is needed! Your partners can start using the service.
