With this release we are excited to announce that we have massively improved the platform's automatic pricing module to fully support the subscription renewal automation for existing subscriptions containing Discontinued and discontinued Microsoft products, also known as End of Sales (EoS) Microsoft products.

Specifically, when a Microsoft NCE product is marked by Microsoft as discontinued or EoS, its pricing information , is retrieved from the Microsoft Preview Pricing Excel file , and is saved internally to our platform. This file includes the latest effective cost and sell prices for each Microsoft-supported currency and country of that you sell to an is saved in your Microsoft instance(s) that you sell to . The stored cost and sell prices of the discontinued or EoS products are then utilized for existing subscriptions (which contain these products), for invoicing and renewal purposes. This means that when a subscription is up for renewal, our platform automatically retrieves the correct price, so there is no need to handle pricing manually.

It's important to note that adding or reducing licenses for existing subscriptions with discontinued NCE products is unaffected. NCE subscriptions are price-protected throughout their effective period, and any applicable promotional discounts will still apply. Also, cancelations and suspensions are unaffected. However, upgrades to EoS discontinued NCE products are not allowed.

🔹 Therefore, even if an existing active subscription contains a discontinued /EoS NCE product, our pricing mechanism can support it, even upon renewal, using either the stored Microsoft Excel pricesheets or the Foreign Exchange (FX) rate tool of our platform, in case the currency is unsupported by Microsoft.

In this release, we are excited to provide the security feature called Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via Email also to Resellers of in the Standard Edition. This feature enhances the security and privacy of your Storefront accounts. It allows your users to verify their identity with a six-digit code that is sent to their predefined email address, in addition to their password, when they log in to the Storefront. This way, you the standard edition resellers can protect your their Storefront accounts from unauthorized access, grant users greater autonomy over their authentication preferences, align with the need for customizable security measures in your their digital systems, and overall enjoy a more secure and user-friendly experience.

To use this feature, you standard edition resellers must first enable it from the Admin Panel of your their Storefront along with the respective email notification. You They can also customize the 2FA email template according to your their business needs. Once you they have enabled the feature and the respective notification, you they will see a verification pop-up window when you they log in to the Storefront with your their local credentials. You They will need to enter the verification code that is sent to your their email address within 5 minutes or 10 attempts. You They can also request a new code if the previous one expires or is incorrect.

In this release, you can add tel links when writing custom HTML code to be displayed in the Storefront. This will result in a clickable link, which, when clicked, allows you to select your telephone app to call the number. This affects sections such as Products → Storefront Settings → Overview in the BSS.

This release introduces the POST api/assets/{assetId}/setexternalId endpoint. This endpoint sets IDs for your assets in external systems.

With this release, the PUT api/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/customfields endpoint is added to API V3. The purpose of this endpoint is to update asset custom fields which have been created by a service manager.
