We are excited to announce that your customer can now select the payment plan they wish for their new annual and triennial Software Subscriptions. They can choose either to pay with a one-off payment or with monthly or annual installments. This option is available to all your Software Subscription customers upon activation. By default, the Billing Frequency option for flexible payment plans is disabled, and you need to activate it from the setup areaenabled, after running the Get Services Definition process. ⚙️ How it works: Once you select to enable the billing frequency and run the Get Services Definition process, our platform will automatically update your product catalog for all Software Subscription offerings (for which Microsoft is offering monthly and annual payment options). Your customers and resellers will then be able to select their billing preferences during purchase (both from the BSS and the Storefront portals), and our platform will both provision and bill the subscriptions according to the flexible payment plan the customer selected. 💎 Value: Flexible billing plan payments offer customers financial flexibility, improved budgeting, enhanced accessibility, better customer retention, and a competitive advantage. By allowing customers to choose payment plans that suit their financial situations, they can manage expenses predictably and avoid debt. We are excited to announce an existing feature that has now become available to Dropbox products. This feature is none other than Price Protection. It allows customers to maintain their subscription prices for a designated period, even in the face of product price changes from Dropbox. This feature applies to all Dropbox products.
Image Removed⚙️ How it works: The price protection term is automatically set for new and existing Dropbox instances through the Get Services Definition process, applying to new subscriptions only. The Price Protection covers all Dropbox products, with the protection terms varying by subscription type - 1 month for monthly commitments billed monthly, and 12 months for annual commitments billed either monthly or annually. Add-ons follow the subscription's terms.
🆕 New Instance Field:
To further enhance this functionality, we've added a "Products Selling Currencies" field inside each Dropbox Service Manager instance. This field displays the currency or currencies in which Dropbox products are sold, allowing BSS users to verify and select the correct selling currency before initiating the Get Services Definition process.

With this release, we are introducing a new endpoint for retrieving pricing information of a specific asset based on the given ID. 📍 Endpoint: GET api/assets/{assetId}/pricing info ⚙️ How it works: As a BSS user, you can make an API request using the endpoint above, replacing{assetId} with the unique identifier of the asset you wish to retrieve information about. Upon a successful request, you will receive a detailed JSON response containing all pricing information, including unit price, discounts, promotions, and the final unit price

This exciting addition empowers you to offer greater flexibility to your customers, seize new market opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition. Image Added⚙️ How it works: Microsoft is introducing a flexible monthly billing plan for annual subscriptions of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including Sales and Services. Available on the New Commerce Platform, this option allows customers to spread payments over monthly installments, with a 5% premium over the upfront annual payment. Starting April 1, 2025, this update will expand to all Microsoft products on the platform, supported by accurate, seamless billing—no matter the chosen frequency. ⚠️ The accurate price of the monthly billing plan for annual subscriptions for the Copilot SKUs starting December 1, 2024, will be calculated on the first page of the basket. During the "View Plans" of a product and "Add to Basket" steps, the prices displayed for the Annual term are based on the one-time payment, even if you choose "Annually with Monthly Billing Plan. This will be resolved in the upcoming releases.

We are excited to inform you that our platform fully supports the Acronis enhancement that ensures uninterrupted access to customer usage data for billing automation in the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud marketplaces, for both our Acronis Service Managers (Acronis SPs & Acronis MSPs). Previously, if a Service Provider (SP) disabled the “Support Access” option was disabled, distributors Acronis tenants faced challenges in obtaining the necessary usage data for billing automationobtaining the necessary usage data for billing automation since subscriptions do not depict the usage data. With this update, customer usage data remains accessible in usage reports, regardless of the “Support Access” setting.

We happily introduce the new Partial Update Tenant option within the Update Tenant functionality that has been removed from the Pricelist Page and now been conveniently relocated to the Tenant Resellers page, with the introduction of the new Partial Update Tenant option. Image RemovedImage Added⚙️ How it works: The distributor clicks Update Tenant on a Tenant Reseller page and selects the Full Update (previously known as “Update Tenant Resellers”) option to apply all catalog changes, or Partial Update to only apply changes to the purchase prices. The process is automated and does not require user monitoring. 💎 Value: The Update Tenant action is now in a more convenient and user-friendly location within the platform. The introduction of the Partial Update option offers a much faster process for adjusting purchase prices while still allowing users to opt for a comprehensive Full Update when needed.
