Microsoft Dependent Add-ons
There are Microsoft plans that have prerequisite and dependent add-ons. Example of such plans are Microsoft 365 E1 and Microsoft 365 E3which both have the Phone System as prerequisite add-on and Calling Plans as a dependent addon-on. The dependent add-ons cannot be purchased unless the customer has already purchased the prerequisite add-on.From this release we fully support the dependent add-ons as the “Get Services Definition” process populates them in your BSS. Your resellers and your customers will be able to purchase them from the view page of a subscription. If the prerequisite of a dependent add-on has already been purchased for a subscription, then your customers will be able to purchase the dependent add-on also using the “Buy Add Ons” option.

Update of Product Names for your BSS Tenants
In the “Update Tenant” process we added a new option for updating also the names of the products that your resellers or your country tenant inherit from your BSS. The product names update is optional for your tenant resellers, but for your country tenants the system will enforce the product names update.

Price List Reports Enhancements
A pricelist report will now include also the products that are related with the pricelist via a price group. This is a major improvement for our pricelist reports since until now we returned only the products that have been linked directly with the pricelist.
Reports Permissions
We fixed the issues we had with the user permissions on the reports. Now a user that does not have full control rights for a report, he will not be able to change any settings / conditions of the report. He will be able only to run the report.
Navigation to Product Group Plans
We improved the way your customers can navigate between the plans of a product group by keeping the navigation button on the top of a list and always in the same position .

We are excited to announce that BSS portal is switching to a new and improved user interface (UI). The new BSS UI is a more fresh, modern and faster user interface meant to improve customer’s experience. Some of the improvements are our new navigation menu for easier access to BSS modules and the use of a sticky UI for our search facility.
