How the 3YC Pricing File is Used

Please note the following two cases:
If an account is committed to a license amount and qualifies for the 3YC pricing file, but only for licenses, a new transaction order would obtain non-3YC tiers from the default non-3YC pricing filetransaction order retrieves prices from the 3YC pricing as well. If the related SKUs are not available in the 3YC pricing file, the non-3YC amounts will be retrieved by the external pricing mechanism.
If an account has accepted a new or second commitment request, the start date of the previous existing commitment will be updated not change, and the prices will be retrieved from the corresponding 3YC pricing file (default).
