The Adobe Administration Tool

A new Tool will be created under Setup > Tools > Service Manager Tools.
This section will be available to all BSS userscan be accessed by going to Setup → Tools → Service Manager Tools.
To open the tool, the user has to select an instance from the dropdown drop-down list as shown in the figure below. (Image 1)

When the instance has been selected, a link to the tool will appear next to the instance’s name. (Image 2)

The tool consists of has two sections, Customer Search and Logs Search.
Customer Search
At The Customer Search the user can see section, shows all the information regarding orders* and subscriptions of order information for a specific BSS account, including their status, by clicking the Actions button. (Image 3, Image 4)*Only orders .

Logs Search
In the Logs Search section, the user can see view the communication history between BSS /STR or Storefront and Adobe for a specific customer by searching for an Adobe Customer Id which .
The Adobe Customer ID can be found either from BSS account sync options (Image 5) or from the column “Adobe Id” in the BSS Account Sync Options.

Alternatively, it can be found in the Adobe Id column of Customer Search page of the administration tool (Image 6).

The logs are shown displayed in reverse chronological order and the search process searching may take a few seconds. (Image 7)

By clicking Select the Actions button at ellipsis (…) in the Logs Search page , the user can see to view the properties of a specific log, such as the Request Id, Corellation Correlation Id, Request Method, UrlURL, Request Body and Response. (Image 8)
