Q: Which version of Dynamics should I own in order for me to work with your connector?
A: The version of MS Dynamics CRM currently supported is the Dynamics CRM 2016 v8.2


Q: Which options can I Synchronize from my BSS to my Salesforce?
A: At the moment you can synchronize the following opttions:

Q: Does this mean I will have the capability to either push, pull and update data from my system to Dynamics 365 and vice-versa?

Q: Where do I start if i want to use the Dynamics Connector?
A: First you need to navigate to "Application Groups" and select the template "Server Application accessing a web API". You should be able to complete the process of connecting with the BSS with your Dynamics 365 by following the link here.


Q: Do I have the capability to customize the Connector's settings and mappings?
A: You can do all the changes needed to customize - and test - the default mapping options of the Dynamics connection very easily with almost none development effort-knowledge. You can get more information on how to do so here.
