Notification Logs(Beta) in BSS

Your BSS users can now view the logs of the notifications that are being dispatched each time they are triggered by a relative action either from BSS or Storefront. This tool, although in Beta stage, is introduced as a means to better understand which specific notifications are being dispatched as well as whether they are successfully dispatched or not. Please note that not all notifications will be present inside the tool since it is still in a BETA stage.

Notifications Based on your Customer’s Language

Your customers can receive systemic email notifications based on their language preferences. The new merge field named "CreatorsLanguage" is responsible for governing the notification’s language. As a result, when the notification has been created by the BSS user, then the language will be the defined Language on the BSS Setup > Personal Setup > Profile.

Otherwise, when the notification has been created from the Storefront, then the language of the notification will be the language selected for the Storefront User.
