Ordering a Free Trial
The products that have a free trial will be displayed in your Storefront with this option enabled.

By selecting the "Try Service" option, the system will add the trial in the customer's basket. The quantity will be 25 since Microsoft gives 25 licenses for their trials and there will be no pricing information since it's a trial subscription.

The next steps are identical with to the steps for the purchasing of any Office 365 plan. The system will ask for the end customer details details if the logged-in user is a Reseller, it will ask for domain prefix if the customer is not already synced as a Microsoft tenant, etc.
Upon completion of the checkout process:
- A 30 days free trial subscription will be created in Microsoft partner center for 25 licenses
- A trial subscription will be created in our system that will be accessible accessible from the subscriptions subscription list in BSS.

The trial process will not be completed if any of the business rules that apply for the trial subscriptions are not met. If for example, the customer has already a trial for the same plan, the following messages will be displayed Image RemovedImage Added |
Trial Subscription
The trial subscription can be viewed from the list of the subscription in the Billing section.

From the details page of the trial subscription, you can see how many days you still have for evaluating the service and the option to upgrade it to a paid subscription
