Introduction
Live Chat is the fastest way to engage the support department.Using Live Chat, a customer will save time by getting rid of issues that might be solved on the spot.
Live Chat rooms will be active from Monday till Friday 8:00 - 22:30.
Starting a Chat
In order to start a live chat, a visit to support.interworks.cloud is a mandatory action.
While on the login page of the support portal, hit the avatar placed on the lower right corner of the screen.
An agent is available for chat
Hit the agent avatar to start the chat.
Initiate a Live Chat
The first available agent will be pop up and the live chat begins. The customer is able to :
- chat
- attach files (by pressing the button)
- rate the conversation
- save or share the chat (by pressing the envelop icon)
Survey
By finishing the Live Chat a short survey will appear. Answering those questions, the customer could rate his Live Chat experience.
Live Chat service or agent is not available
Hit the envelop avatar.
Fill the required contact info and provide details about the request, then hit the Leave a message button. This action is similar to contacting support department, via email (support@interworks.cloud).
Conclusion
Live Chat is the easiest and fastest way for the customer to contact interworks.cloud, whenever there is a problem. Agents will be activated in no time, providing even better customer experience.
